Onboarding Team – Administrative Executive

We are looking for people to load service menus for our partners. If you are passionate about Health and Beauty, love sharing knowledge and organise the world around you, this could be the job for you. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail qualities but also a willingness to perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace with no impact on quality.

SOME SPECIFICS

The Onboarding team offers ongoing support to all of our partners, namely for setting up listings, loading and updating menus, creating special offers etc. You will be responsible for correctly loading the service menus in a way that is easy to use and understand by our customers. Main responsibilities include:

  • To re-organise and input menu information from websites, digital documents (pdfs, word) or images into our preformatted spreadsheet, so that it can be automatically uploaded to our database at a later stage
  • To correctly categorise services by treatment type
  • To learn and identify the most common service durations
  • To identify any missing information that would be necessary for the menu to be correctly uploaded and communicate that to your Supervisor
  • To identify any missing treatments from our database and inform the Supervisor so these can be addedTo correctly input RRP and sale prices where applicable
  • To differentiate options of the same treatment, i.e., areas of the body, hair length, duration of massage, level of staff (junior, senior, etc.)
