What is GLAMY?
GLAMY is a real-time online salon booking network that brings together the availabilities of multiple salons (hairdressers, barbers, spas, tanning, massage, nails and more!) and lets consumers browse, book, and confirm appointments instantly from the comfort of their mobile or web device. Appointments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – no waiting on hold, waiting for business hours or booking that awkward Brazilian in your open plan office! The service is 100% free for customers and is available via our website: on desktop, tablet, or mobile and Glamy android app.

GLAMY is here to help you with all your hair and beauty needs so that you can book your entire suite of salon services in one convenient location. We have scoured the city to bring you the best hair, nail, massage, waxing, makeup, and skin treatment salons and spas. Our mission is to create a marketplace which improves access to hair, beauty, and wellness services and we are looking to partner with as many providers as possible to deliver on this. Is there a GLAMY app?
Yes, Glamy app is available for Android Phones. iOS and Windows apps are in the development phase . We’ve also designed our website to be specially configured for mobiles, so you can access GLAMY straight from your mobile internet browser.
HOW GLAMY WORKS
How do I book an appointment on GLAMY?
It’s easy-process! Search for the service you want either by the location you want it in, or with a salon/stylist that you already know and love, pick a time that suits you, enter your details and… you’re done! Hopefully it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you have any troubles you can drop us an email at email@example.com and one of our team members will help you out.
When can I book on GLAMY?
24 hours a day 7 days a week. No more waiting for salon opening times!
Is my booking confirmed instantly?
Yes. All GLAMY appointments are confirmed instantly – no waiting around for the salon to call or email you back to you to lock in a time. You will receive immediate on-screen confirmation of your booking, along with a confirmation email/SMS containing all appointment and salon details.
Do I need to take anything with me to my appointment?
Yes, once you book your appointment with any salon, you will receive a confirmation message along with one time confirmation code i.e Hex Code from Glamy. Please provide this confirmation code to salon owner to ensure us that you’ve received your services.
How do I make multiple appointments at once?
At the moment we don’t have the functionality to book multiple appointments at once (we’re working on it!) but in the meantime you can simply search for and confirm your second, third, or fourth service by heading back to the home page after you make your first booking confirmation. We’ll remember all your details so it is as simple as selecting the service and time you want.

How do I change my login details?

Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes, you have the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment and receive a refund in accordance with the terms set out in Booking Terms & Conditions Contract. To read this contract please click here!
How do I cancel or change my appointment?
Cancellations of Dated Bookings must be made by one of the following methods, either:
a) Contacting the venue directly to make the cancellation
b) Cancelling using your Glamy account via the Glamy Website or using the Glamy App
c) Following the link in your order confirmation email
d) Emailing our Customer Care team on firstname.lastname@example.org
What happen if I miss my appointment?
The salon can flag to us if you have no-showed for an appointment. If this happens, you may receive a refund in accordance with the terms set out in Booking Terms & Conditions Contract. To read this contract please click here!
Does GLAMY cost me anything?
No. GLAMY is 100% free for consumers to browse and book salon appointments. You can pay for services from our partners through our Website, we may collect and receive your payment on behalf of the relevant partner in our capacity as their commercial agent. In this event, our successful receipt of your payment will discharge your debt to the partner for the services.
Do I pay for my services online?

How are GLAMY Ratings & Reviews different from other websites’ user reviews?
Unlike many websites, we only let people who have visited the salon and booked through GLAMY leave reviews on our site, which means the reviews are always authentic, informative, and from people just like you. We don’t edit or modify submitted reviews. It’s our version of quality assurance and making sure every comment can be trusted!
How can I submit a review for a salon?
Once you’ve booked with GLAMY and attended your salon appointment, we will automatically email you a Salon Review form. If you have any trouble receiving your Salon Review, first check your junk mail, and if it’s not there shoot us an email on email@example.com
Does GLAMY publish negative ratings and reviews?
Yes. We prefer constructive feedback, but will still publish negative reviews and ratings to ensure the true consumer experience is always reflected.
What does GLAMY say to businesses who consistently receive negative reviews?
GLAMY has a commitment to giving our customers a positive experience. If a business falls below our high quality assurance bar we will work with them to improve their performance and then may take steps to remove their presence from the GLAMY community.
Why didn’t the review I submitted appear on GLAMY?
Reviews are checked prior to being uploaded on the GLAMY website to ensure they do not contain offensive language of inappropriate content. Your review might not have appeared yet if it’s still going through this process or we have deemed it unsuitable for publication. Please read our UGC Policy to get more clear view on this topic.
